Nobody likes Goof Troop, so I didn't even put it as an option.
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

Why are we even voting when it is obvious that Duck Tales is the best?

Because Gargoyles beats the snot out of Duck Tales:)

Actually, that's not true.  I love Duck Tales.  But I loved Gargoyles even more.  (I haven't seen it in like a decade, so maybe it isn't as good as I remember it.)

The full version of the Duck Tales theme song has a quacking guitar.  Otherwise it would be a tie with Rescue Rangers.

I like them all a lot, but I selected Tale Spin because it's just so fucking ridiculous that I can't help but love it.

All of those are great cartoons, but I would say I like Darkwing Duck the best because of the theme song and all of the Villians.

Darkwing Duck was great - even more so watching it now as I'm more familiar with the "source" material (Marvel/DC Superhero comics)...

Duck Tales, no contest... although I do have a soft spot for Rescue Rangers. Recently saw Darkwing Duck, though, and it didn't hold up very well, unlike the other two I mentioned.

Funny how most people like Duck Tales and Rescue Rangers and those were the only 2 with decent to great games based on them. Plus Duck Tales had it's own movie.

Wow...all the Disney Cartoons had some random element of cheesiness to them.

I loved Chip N Dales Rescue Rangers, because of the characters Chip, Dale and Gadget...but as a kid Monterrey or whatever the big mouses name was...was horribly stupid with his strength and obsession with cheese...and Zipper (I think) was freakishly strong and annoying too...but less than the big mouse.

Gargoyles tried too hard.  The first and second season's were great, and really had a great feel, but again whenever Disney designs characters for comic relief they are so bad and annoying you just get turned off.   But I picked this as the best.

Tale Spin was just silly and boring.
Duck Tales was completely utterly obnoxious and not funny, and just got worse and worse.

Heathen!

The show jumped the shark when they started the whole time travel thing and brought back the caveman duck, but, IMO, that program still holds up very well today all considering.

Congratulations, you're one of many people who know how they did it.  Do you know why they did it?  Because it sounds like quacking!  It's a good thing you at least agree that it's awesome.

I just remembered another Disney Cartoon from back then called Gummi Bears.  It had a catchy theme song and a stupid premise.  I didn't get to see as much as I would have liked thanks to TV network prejudice against the Central time zone.  They always started after school programming an hour before we got out of school.

TMNT isn't Disney.  I'll do another poll in a few months putting TMNT against the likes of GI Joe, Transformers, etc.

Yep, and before that was the Wuzzles (this video brings me back... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c82cAG6dOtE)

Anyway, neither of those were all that great... it wasn't until Ducktales that they really gained a rep in the cartoon TV arena during those two decades. Although their cartoon adaptation of Winnie the Pooh that played then was pretty good.
