that is awesome, props 2 u daaaman.
i have always wondered what it would be like to exist in the digimon world, didn't know it was so close to reality. so let me try and work this out though. do the pencils evolve or "digivolve"? perhaps they digivolve from a ordinary hb pencil to maybe one of those mechanical penicls. that would be sweet. although maybe an HB would digivolve into another grade of pencil, perhaps a 4b or something. what would be more of a evolution; a hb to a 4b or a hb to 4h? i gotta say the hb to the 4b, from lighter to darker. it's sort of a step up in a way. feel free to disagree though, this is definately a topic that should and NEEDS TO BE debated.
thinking about it though, what would a pen digivolve into? today the standard is a ballpoint, there isn't too much that can be improved apon from the ballpoint. maybe a standard ballpoint to a clickable ballpoint, that's the ony thing i can think of. maybe the material could be the evolution, from say plastic to a metallic substance. what metal do they use in metal pens? aluminium maybe? who knows? maybe you do, shyguy. wait WAIT WAIT!, it just came to me like some sort of express idea delivery service. a regular ballpoint could be superseeded by the gel pen, gel pens are far more advanced than a ballpoint. it seems logical, no?
i gotta say, all this thinking about pens got me think about the origins of the pen. basically the quill would be one of the earliest forms of pen. a quill is basically just a feather dipped in ink. i wonder if i dipped a stick (from a tree, of course) in ink whether it would be considered a pen? who would i ask if i underwent such a feat? are there pen experts? i guess the heads of those pen making companies would probably be considered pen experts or at least be considered pen enthusiasts. bic would probably be the first pen company that comes to mind, i dunno if they are the biggest or not though. although i tend to think if i sent an email asking such a question it would be seen as some sort of joke question and tossed aside like my copy of super smash brothers brawl after i unlocked captain falcon and realised he was too floaty. why is everything so floaty in brawl? if i meet sakurai i will surely pose this question to him.
back to pens, what is ink? how is it made? who created ink? was ink named after the person would invented it? or was ink maybe discovered? i tend to think it was probably discovered over invented, but i don't know if ink is a natural substance or not. perhaps there is an ancestor of the person who invented/discovered ink that i could ask. where would i look for such a person though? would their first or last name be ink? maybe it wasn't a last name at all, but part of a last name. for instance john . m. inkstein. it would be interesting to find out. i also wonder if they receive royalties based on the invention/discovery of ink? if so you'f think they'd be one rich MF. who would be richer than they guy who invented/discovered ink? no-one is my bet, if such a man exists.
oh i could go on about pens forever given the chance so i'll stop there.
p.s. a q (a q stands for the word question, it's sort of the ultimate abbreviation of the word.) for DAaaMan64, i gotta ask what is with the 3 a's before the Man64 part of your username? two i can accept, but three seems to be pushing it a little, i don't see the need for three a's. unless of course there is some historical or personla hitroy behind the htree a's, then i can accept that. i'd really like to hear the tale actually, maybe i am making too big a deal of it and it can just be easily explained with a sentence or two. i dunno, but i'm all ears.
