So this is one of those "videogames corrupt the minds of kids" things again...Oh brother..
The one aspect of this that really makes me wonder is just where they could draw the line on what an "underage character" is...Does that mean in terms of looks? That's impossible, considering, particularly in the Asian race, you can have a 20+ year old woman who looks underage...On the other hand, that's exactly what many games use as an escape: a lolita-esque character that is actually older than she looks...
So to really regulate this you'd need a committee that would "judge" how old a character in a game looks, and personally, that's pretty retarded. And quite frankly, I don't think this will change anything in terms of the crime rate...And this is where we just fall back onto the parenting issue again...Parents, teach your kids what is right and what is wrong, and teach "potential victims" the damn basic guidelines of safety...
