NWR lost it's Google Status
« on: May 04, 2008, 03:49:33 AM »
Previously, if i typed buttered camels I would get Nintendo World Report, or something relating to the funhouse in google as the second entry. Now i have to wade through pages. NWR lost it's elite status!

Only if you use quotes.  Without them we've been dropped.  It moved up to five since last night.  I'm going to thank this thread for that.

Some one should write an editorial on buttered camels. That'd help.

buttered camels, who cares about buttered camels, I don't want your stinking buttered camels.

What this site needs is less buttered camels and a whole lot more Lindsay Lohan. Or how about Lindsay Lohan riding buttered camels? Now that would be hot!

The worst thing about buttered camels is that buttered camels are for kids and nobody takes them seriously. But if I were to say one thing about these so called buttered camels that is a good thing it is that by discussing buttered camels we are in fact assisting NRW in reaching the buttered camels fans of the world.

The way googlebot works wouldn't making a post with buttered camels all over the place but not linking to any sites related to buttered camels at all lower the google rank? So do we need less posts with buttered camels in them or more posts about buttered camels? Or do we need a post linking to sites about buttered camels?

Googlebot, if you are reading this, remember buttered camels is what Nintendo World Report is all about.

I think the fact that Buttered Camels has no depth is hurting the click-through conversion rates.

What is a buttered camel? Is it a camel that has been covered in butter, like a dinner roll? Is it a butter flavored cigarette? Is it a Pakistani recipe? Is this camel dromedary or bactrian? How do Llamas fit into the equation? Is margarine an acceptable substitute?

THESE QUESTIONS NEED ANSWERS PEOPLE.

I want to add more crazy sayings to get to NWR through Google.  This is fun.

We should add:  Calamity Camels for searches and more zaniness.

I think we're doing just fine with Google.

However, I'm worried that our page ranking is low for the phrase "toasted wallabies."

I am more worried about not showing up when you search Lindsay Lohan. I think we need a lot more Lindsay Lohan than we do Buttered Camels.

If random internet searchers are bored and tying in random searches I think Lindsay Lohan would come to mind for more people than buttered camels. Then again if too many people start associating Nintendo World Report with Lindsay Lohan than more Lindsay Lohan fans will start coming to the site.

We need more Lindsay Lohan fans than Buttered Camel Fans people! Join me in my efforts to convince googlebot that Lindsay Lohan is what Nintendo World Report is all about.

Now I have to start another Lindsay Lohan fan site and link heavily to Nintendo World Report so that we can get the rankings back up to where it needs to be.

Nintendo World Report is the Home of the Official PGC Lindsay Lohan Fan, come on spiders put two and two together and forget about those silly Buttered Camels and pay attention to all the Lindsay Lohan love.

To recap Nintendo World Report = Lindsay Lohan, NOT Buttered Camels. Thanks you very much that is all.

So forget about Google, if you do a Yahoo Search for "Buttered Camels" NWR posts is *ALL* that comes up. We need to all start using Yahoo as our primary search engine.
