Want another method to find people to play with online? The good people at Destructoid
have you covered. Just scroll down the list until you see the Wii section. Follow the instructions and have at thee! I'm going to try it out tonight and see how it works out. Anyone else want to give it a try?

Give it a go and here's what happened:

1. I went to IRC, exchanged some Brawl codes, but unfortunately my DSL was having an 'off' night. I got in a few good matches, but they rest were laggy. They were at a good level and were pretty good sports.

2. Some funky things were happening with WFC. Sometimes I'd add somebody, know they're online, but didn't register for whatever reason. It eventually worked itself out though.

It was a good method and got in some guaranteed matches as opposed to waiting blindly. Its good to have other options available to you...
