The GBA game played just like the original.
I disagree. For me, the controls felt a lot more intuitive and smooth on the NES offering, and on a game like Dodgeball that is key.
The GBA one wasn't bad, far from it, but for me I will always opt to play the NES one over it. However, to be fair, it was a significant improvement over the odd direction that was taken for the Neo Geo version. I'm also glad to see that the "schoolyard" brawl mode from the NES game is back for the DS one too... always loved that way of playing.
Anyway, GoldenPhoenix how does this one stack up to the GBA one then?
