I have an etiquette question. The very few times I've seen anyone else online, I've been hesitant to join their games out of fear that they had already set up a match with someone through the forums, IM, email, or whatever, and I'd be an unwelcome interloper that they'd have to kick. I'm curious about whether you guys prefer to make arrangements in advance or just fight whoever happens to show up.

I fight whomever shows up. If I have plans, I won't let you in.

Technically, they wouldn't have to kick you; they just wouldn't accept your request to play.

I say the more the merrier. I just tend to pop on and see who's playing. Worst case scenario, you'll offend someone and make an enemy for life.

I'm rarely on, but, as vudu said, there is really no consequence (save that mortal enemy thing) for trying so you might as well do so whenever the opportunity arises... just don't be offended if they don't accept.

I need to add a whole lot more people. I'll do it when my computer gets sent back to me from repairs. I'll pretty much add everyone on the list a make a post signifying I've done so. Two weeks or so after that, I'll probably remove anyone who has not added me back, but that's not now yet.
