Topic: The 1st annual NWR forum awards: The nomination thread

Hello and welcome to the first annual NWR forum awards! My name is pap64 and I'll be the MC of this little event!

The awards will be done in three phases:
Phase 1 is the nomination phase. I will post the categories and you will nominate the game, forumer or news event under that category.

Phase 2 is the voting phase: Once everyone is done naming their nominees I will gather them all and make a thread featuring all of the final nominees. To keep things a secret (and because there doesn't seem to be a poll system at NWR) you will PM me your choices.

The third and final phase will be the award phase: Once I tally all the votes I will announce the winners on a future thread.

So let's get this train wreck a-rollin'!

Phase 1: Nominations
Here are the categories. You can nominate as many games and people as you want just make sure the game or person hasn't been nominated yet.

Also, an important word on the NWR forums category:
This is going to be in good fun so don't take it personally if you were nominated in an undesired category. On that same note don't let it go to your head if you were nominated on a good category. Its a silly forums award, not the Nobel prize.

Also, don't use the awards as an excuse to mock and ridicule fellow posters. Don't ruin it for the rest of us by bring forward a personal vendetta. If you go too far I will contact the mods.

So keep it clean and keep what I said in mine when nominating other posters.

Actually, I will extend the nomination phase. I am still doing research on the whole NWR.

Also, I decided to change the voting method. I have an idea but I need to work things out first.

In all honesty, there are some things about the NWR community that I am completely clueless about, so I need to ask some questions.
