I wonder why North America gets the cardboard covers while the PAL regions get full sized cases?

Ok, the full PNG version is up on MegaUpload.

I'm not sure what the download constraints are or how long it stays up... but it was pretty easy to upload to the site.

Eh... I'd much sooner attempt to contact the original author and offer the "fixes"  maybe if I find the thread (@thecoverproject) that the author posted the original work in I'll post my revisions.
