Old school means "old yet good". The N64 qualifies. It's old - I was playing it when I was half the age I am now. And it's good. It's the greatest video game system ever, in fact.

Real men used one button and eight way control.  Or, they used a keypad.  Or a knob.  Yep.  2600.

Anyone ever try to play a Genesis game with a 2600 controller?  Try a Sonic game, where all three buttons jump.  It's possible.

Did you know: Golden Axe 2 is barely playable with the 6 button MD controller. Sega made it so you cannot use the d-pad to walk, you have to use the mode select button to walk right, and other buttons. It shatters your hands. And makes no sense at all.
