Golden Sun for the DS is coming!!!

It was shown in a type of secret way but joystiq has some pics of it.  

Here's the link to the story.

I don't know about others, but I am super excited about this.  While I was hoping for a Wii incarnation of this franchise, a DS sequel is the next best thing.

I just can't let myself believe this is true just yet...Mainly because there's no way Ninty would have let some guy take a picture (I believe they make people drop off their cell phones when they play games behind closed doors...)

Picture looks good to me.

On another note, the paper next to the DS details the newer VC games, oddly enough.

I totally agree, anybody could've concocted some title screen shots, I'll hold off belief until I see some real deal screen shots.

The only thing that makes me think this is somewhat real is that bottom screen . . .

If it's faked it's a REALLY good fake.

I believed it when it cropped up before the press release.  Given nothing was said about it, there is NOTHING in the press kit about it, AND it isn't really a big enough game to specially announce mid conference... I'm pretty confident it's bonk.

Props to CHz at GFF for this image. But yeah, the bottom screen is just using artwork from Golden Sun 2. Fake fake fake. =)

Yeah I saw the picture last night while downloading some golden sun music but was too lazy to post it here. Oh well.
