What if it incorporated the DS? Can you imagine the possibilities!

The DS could be the "nurse" persay, and "hand" you tools and keep the patients vitals up. Meanwhile the doctor does the doctor thing. It needs COMMUNITCATION. It would be nuts!

I can see co-op play being quite fun. They would need to up the difficulty a bit for that mode, but it would be great to have an active nurse or understudy type character working with you, assisting with operations.

I would like to see (or hear rather) complete voice acting (done well). Dialog really helps to boost character personality. It would be a huge plue if done right.

I hope the surgeries are more realistic. The last one was like you were actually fighting something, which added to the game, but still felt a tad ridiculous.

Trauma Center is one of my all-time favorite games, so needless to say I'm happy to hear this. I'm also glad just to see more Atlus lovin'.

It should also be pointed out that Second Opinion is like, the only Atlus game ever that you can easily find in a store. It's probably the most mainstream success they've ever had outside of Japan.

Atlus recently announced two titles they're localizing for the XBox360 American market, I believe.

That said, who else has Trauma Center New Blood? Because I just opened it up last night and watched my bro and his girlfriend play through the first chapter and a bit of the second and it IS AWESOME> OMG. COMPLETELY BETTER than the original. Great voice-acting, less long stretches of story/exposition, MUCH MORE interesting characters and, of course, co-op mode. Oh yeah.

I'm seriously blown away by this game, it's exceeded my expectations.
