DS Download Station Cards...

I recently picked up two DS Download Station cards from eBay (volume 2 and 3, to be exact) and I'm wondering if there's any kind of package/cover that these may have had with them at one time?  Anyone know?

They were in a little off-white plastic box at BestBuy. And there is a bunch of green text on bootup. That's all I know.
