Topic: Red Steel 2 and Super Swing Golf 2 officially announced!

The two Wii launch titles that everyone loves to hate (but many more people love ) are getting sequels!

First off is Red Steel 2. We all knew that the game was already in development, but it wasn't officially announced till now. They announced it at a convention in Cannes. According to the article, they hope to improve on the sword fighting.

Everyone's favorite hot loli golf game gets a sequel! This time featuring the appearance of Ryu Hayabusa and his girl sidekick (don't know her name) from Ninja Gaiden! The scan can be found here. Confirmation that a Ninja Gaiden game is in the works for the Wii?

Yeah, I do remember that. However, these characters look to be the real deal, not original characters dressed up as the Ninja gaiden crew.

Nope, the female is Cecilia, and once again Ryu's costume is worn by Max... =)

Ah I see. I never played the first one, but I knew about the costumes. The Ninja Gaiden costumes were so convincing that I thought they were the real characters.

As for Red Steel 2, I agree that they should polish it. They already have the engine running, they should just improve on it. Online play is a must too.

I think it needs more than polish.  It needs some elements to be totally scrapped, including the staff that programmed the AI.
