OMG... Bill is starting to infect other posters! They're multiplying!
Carmine Red, Associate Editor

A glooming peace this morning with it brings;
The sun, for sorrow, will not show his head:
Go hence, to have more talk of these sad things;
Some shall be pardon'd, and some punished:
For never was a story of more woe
Than this of Sega and her Mashiro.

Gimme the Tranq gun.

Alright, here's one from the Aeneid:

I pull'd a plant- with horror I relate
A prodigy so strange and full of fate.
The rooted fibers rose, and from the wound
Black bloody drops distill'd upon the ground.
"I am going away, but the State will always remain" - Louis XIV, on his deathbed.

"Chimps are like fine wine: I drink them both." - A friend of a friend of mine.

If you're refering to me, mind you that I've been an anime freak FOR EVAH (ie: way before I joined these forums, and thus way before I met Bill...)

Aeneas is hardly emo. Queen Dido, on the other hand...
"I am going away, but the State will always remain" - Louis XIV, on his deathbed.

Cartoons and like love to redo those things.  I think you have better luck quoting from a software user manual.

That was actually my next idea, if quotes from epics didn't work.
"I am going away, but the State will always remain" - Louis XIV, on his deathbed.

"Chimps are like fine wine: I drink them both." - A friend of a friend of mine.

You guys are making this too easy.  I can do all these,and I'm just recycling images Bill's already used.

I'm just doing my part to keep the riff-raff out of here so Bill can give the proper attention to the quotes that require it.  Think of me as an administrative professional.

Here is my challenge:
Man, I wish these Japanese tourists would quit hanging around Central Park.

Here are my entertaining freebies:
They speak of a mystical item that has the power to control the universe.
Damn, I forgot the keys to my apartment.
Do I get anything but bills?
Please to be making pudding verily after Sunday next, yes?
You can't always get what you want~~~

The key to the challenge is to keep it as general as possible.

Any weird thing you can think of probably has a specific example in some anime or another.
