Hurt my back...
« on: April 10, 2007, 08:47:47 AM »
I've been on an strict Wii Boxing training in the last few days. Last Saturday could be considered my best and worst night. The best night because I got both Gold AND Platinum medals on the working the bag mini game. I also took one of my Miis and got him all the way to pro status in a matter of minutes. It was the worst night because I hurt my back badly.

At first I thought it was the typical body sore that you get after long periods of excersize, so I decided to rest for a while. But it didn't go away. In fact, the pain got worse and worse to the point where every movement hurt badly.

Since then I've been on medication and massage treatments.

But at least I got a Platinum medal out of it!

PS: This isn't the reason I haven't been online lately. Its because our phone service has been cut off and took the internet along with it, so now we are trying to get it back as soon as humanly possible.

Dude, have you seen a chiropractor? Taking pain killers, can help, but watch out. It's only dealing with the symptoms, not the cause.

(Sure, if someone is continually bopping you on the head with a hammer, a pain killer will help some. However, why not just get the guy to stop bopping you with the hammer?)

I hurt my back somehow, and I went to the chiropractor, and he fixed me up. I feel lots better now, and no need for pain killers.

P.S. – I am not a chiropractor, and do not work for one.

Nope, haven't been to one.

I never had problems before, and I know this was caused by excessive work out so I know the pain will eventually go away.

If I go back to Boxing and I get back problems again then yeah I will consider going to a doctor.
