While surfing neatorama.com I came across this wii weights then on that site came across this wii fitness. Some cool things in my opinion

Yeah I saw these a little while back, fairly interesting to see the Wii used as a fitness system. Hopefully Nintendo sees the enormous potential here and releases some very comprehensive fitness games. You can be certain they'll bring in more of that blue ocean in the form of housewives and moms. With the message tracking that the Wii has, people can monitor weight loss, set goals and work out patterns. Guess we'll see how Nintendo plays this card.

I've actually been planning on buying wrist weights to use while I play Wii Sports...

I was going to start a routine of hunting beer and canadian bacon once, and I nearly threw my back out! Not to mention got my hockey hair all oily from the sweat

i heard using wrist and ankle weights is actually bad for you and could lead to serious health problems down the road..
