I'm quite sure that the PS2 will have an excellent line-up of games at E3, but quite frankly your list leaves a lot to be desired. A good number of the games you mentioned are multiplatform, substandard, rumored but not confirmed, or much too far away to be shown at E3. I have no idea where the list came from, but it just seems to be an inconsistent hodgepodge of information. While I'm certainly no expert on the Playstation library (and please someone correct me if I get something wrong), I do want to comment on some specific games you mentioned though:
Resident Evil 5 - This certainly won't be shown at E3, and even when it is revealed, who knows if it will be GC exclusive, multiplatform, or a Playstation exclusive. Quite frankly, I think the first two options are much more likely than the final one.
Capcom Fighting All-Stars - This one has actually been rumored to be coming to the GC from time to time, who knows where it will end up.
Street Fighter 4 -

While it would be nice of Capcom to finally prove they can't above three for a series other than Mega Man, I haven't heard anything about this one.
Rachet and Clank 2, Sly Cooper 2 - What, is Sony trying to turn these series into the next Tomb Raiders? (and I don't mean that in a good way). The originals were only released this past holiday season.
Final Fantasy XI - Not so sure this is going to come out over here, considering the necessity for a hard drive and other hurdles, but I might be wrong.
Chrono 3 - Certainly won't be shown, very minor possibility that it isn't even for the Playstation 2.
Anyway, to be blunt, I think this particular list (wherever you got it), is much too easy to pick apart with its numerous flaws to be very convincing. Some person just stuck together every confirmed and rumored PS2 game of any value and ended up with a list that might not end up being too accurate.
