Sony PS4. Sony has invested too much in the PS brand...and unless they totally destroy it then it will be the name.

As for Nintendo, seriously it is too hard to predict because Nintendo actually uses marketing firms and creativity to name their new systems. Nintendo is the brand that is important to keep, while the name of the system really isn't.

But remember, if the PS3 is supposed to last for ten years and the Xbox 360 isn't, it's possible that Sony will drop the number scheme for the next generation so they don't appear to be behind Microsoft.

I doubt that PlayStation will go away, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's not called the PlayStation 4.
