paper mario?

Any news on paper mario?  This seems to have slipped through the cracks.  It is not mentioned as a Wii release, and nintendo.com still has it for Oct. 8.
I hope this hasn't been pushed back too.  It is actually the game I'm most looking forward too.

I'm more worried about Disaster.

SPM will not come out this year.  It'll be an early 2007 release.
I must find a way to use "burninate" more in my daily speech.

It WAS mentioned as a Wii release, actually.  Disaster is on there too.

IGN did an interview for the Disaster team a few days back.  I wouldn't worry about it.

NCL has both of those games on a list for 2007. I can't imagine either of them would come out in Japan and not the US.

doh.  Looks like nintendo has put most of their eggs into Zelda to carry the launch.  Probably will be fine, but I would think a lot of folks (like me) will just hold out until the library gets a little bigger (until Metroid, Mario Galaxy, Paper, etc. get released).

The game drought after the GC launch _really_ stunk, and I'd rather just wait until I see solid library before jumping in.
