Yeah I read somewhere (I've been looking at 5 different sites so I don't remember which one) that it said 9:30 PST, that's 12:30 to those on the east coast that can't count to three

Not sure if this is anything, but someone posted a Yahoo! link to http://biz.yahoo.co.jp/column/company/tyo/060914/kth/060914_biz000.html and when translated with Google mentions "it is repelled the way of 23,450 Yen" which happens to be $199 USD. And that the event starts later at 2:00 PM.
Hmm. x.x

Edit: Then again, the words rally and "increases in yen value" most likely means the 23,450 Yen is stock price.
