The faq button at the top of every page doesn't even go to the rules, just a bunch of vague threats.

Wrong answer. Needs more funny and less correct.

A: Be yourself until you earn the attention of the pietriots and we give you a title. Alternatively you can be a jerk. Either way won't get you the title you want. Unless you are a jerk in which case it was the quickest course of action.

Q: Who are the pietriots?
A: A top secret hilarity gang who are here to make PGC fun. Watch out because they bring the lol out.

PS I am one, but I'm hardly ever around these days so don't even try to stalk me. It will be very boring for all concerned.

Q: I have a problem. Who do I talk to about it?
A: Pick up a phone and press random numbers until you hear someone on the other end of the phone. That is the person. He knows the solution. If he decides to act dumb then you need to explain your problem more slowly and much more loudly.

A: I can never remember, just hit "reply" on someone's post and use the little picture icon in the top bar. Stupid, featureless Quick Reply. Also, I have no idea what the size limits are, I just kinda guess and pray that I'm not banned for filling everyone's screen with 500 KB of soft porn.

A: No, because it was on the same page, so the image only had to be downloaded once, which means UncleBob's bandwidth usage didn't increase until he made a second image.
