He should have got it when he was there at the store, unless they were out of stock or something.

Well, when I got it the bonus discs were actually on the rack with the rest of the games.  So I would put my money on "out of stock"
If I want realism I'll go outside.

They kept the bonus discs under the counter at the Zellers where I bought mine.  But yeah, I would put my money on out of stock.

I pre-ordered a long time ago and my Wal-Mart still has alot of disks left.  I got a ticket for my pickup and a certain part sounds weird.

CUSTOMER PROCEDURES
Step 1: Present this deposit certificate at ANY Home Entertainment register.

Step 2: Pay the $1000 deposit plus tax toward the purchase price of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, available 3/26/03 and obtain receipt for verification.

Step 3: Retain this deposit certificate along with your RECEIPT verifying your paid deposit.

TO OBTAIN CREDIT FOR THE DEPOSIT, BOTH THE REGISTER RECEIPT AND THE DEPOSIT CERTIFICATE MUST BE PRESENTED WHEN PICKING UP THE GAME.

Fill out the customer information blanks on the bottom of the form before redemption.

Step 4: Return to the store at which deposit was made between the dates of 3/26/03 - 4/27/03

Obtain game and take to any Home Entertainment register.

Present the cashier with both depositcertificate and receipt prior to the game being scanned.

Pay existing balance due on the system.

                                    CUSTOMER PLEASE FILL OUT:
                                    Name: Me
                                    Address: Here

Whats weird is in Step 2 when it says pay the $1000 deposit.  I hope its cheaper

Why didn't I think of that? Anyway thanks for the reply.

Just a reminder to people that pre-ordered to Wal-Mart, You must visit Wal-Mart with the ticket by March 15, 2003 to make a reservation.  Its a good thing I took a glance at my ticket cause I thought it was March 24, but its the 15th! Don't forget!

i'm very skeptical about gettin my copy of The Legend of Zelda the Wind Waker because when i pre-ordered it(at wal-mart) they kept that little deposit certificate that u have to fill out with ur name and stuff. so when do u go to wal mart on march 15 or what because i dont know all i have is the receipt that says Presel Zelda. they betta give me my game or i'll be pissed.

Anyone had trouble getting their Zelda, even though they pre-ordered??  I read that best buy might be short on filling the pre-orders...just wondering if Wal-mart was the same.  I have about 8 hours until I can go pick it up, and I hate to think that people stumbling on it at the store would get theirs, leaving "pre-orderers" without a copy.

I ordered mine online, and supposedly the preorder disc comes along with the game.  I don't know if I'll be getting it, though.  I don't imagine I'll play it, even if I do.  WW will take up most of my time for a while, then another load of games will sweep in.
