Oblivion question

First off, I wasn't sure if I was supposed to put this in strategy because it said for nintendo systems.

Anyway, does anyone know what the max level for a major skill is? or at least to master it?

Yep, 100 is the level that you reach master in that skill. Doesn't matter if its a Major or Minor.
