What I meant was it was also being co-developed by Nintendo and a "second party". There are a couple of games that has been co-developed.
Sin & Punishment: Successors to the Earth - Nintendo R&D1 / Treasure Co. Ltd
Card Hero - Nintendo R&D1 / Intelligent Systems Co. Ltd
Super Metroid - Nintendo R&D1 / Intelligent Systems Co. Ltd
Battle Clash - Nintendo R&D1 / Intelligent Systems Co. Ltd
Napoleon - Nintendo EAD / Genki
The Legend of Zelda: Oracle Series - Nintendo EAD / Flagship / Capcom
Note: I don't know if Nintendo R&D2 and IRD worked with another party on their games.
Intelligent Systems is a first party now. That leaves Treasure, Genki, and Flagship. It seems to make sense that Treasure is the developer since the Genki and Flagship games were for handhelds and the Treasure game was for consoles. Also, Flagship is doing the original GBA Zelda game.
