Mafia V: Day Five
« on: June 05, 2006, 05:41:57 AM »
IceCold, it was agreed, was far too suspicious.  He'd been formulating conspiracy theories that didn't quite make sense and certainly made the other members nervous.  His madness was his own downfall.  When he learned of his impending death, he took matters into his own hands, and ran up to the top floor, climbed up to the roof, and met his destiny.

Learning that he was simply a Citizen was disconcerting at first, but all agreed that he was more of a liability than an asset.

The lone Sonyfornian was out walking his naughy dog when he spotted Knows Nothing speaking to a group of Citizens about the need to rise up against both the Confederacy and the Sonyfornians.  Rabble like this had to be stopped, so the Sonyfornian tied his dog's leash to the nearest tree, snuck around the crowd and waited inside of a box for KN.

After the speech, KN walked toward the box and struck up a conversation with another Citizen.  It took a few hours, and the Sonyfornian really had to pee.  His impatience, eventually got the best of him, and he sprung up and quickly snapped KN's neck, while kneeing the other Citizen in his groin.  The Sonyfornian then took his knife and slit the citizen's throat so that there would be no witnesses.  Then he ran, he ran so far away.  He just ran, he ran both night and day.  Could he get away?

Mario has been super quiet which could mean one of two things... Either he's mafia and trying to stay quiet, or he's a townie and bored... let's hope it's the first.

After reading previous threads I agree that Mario seems unlikely as Mafia...

I was actually going to vote Zach (he seems more likely to me out of the two IceCold questioned) but it looks like i'll have to EDIT-UNvote Crash to save myself.

VOTE CRASH as Dasmos has been hunting him down for a while so he must know something.

Plus this.

EDIT: Now i'm just totally confused. Why the edit Dasmos? Mob influence? This rules out him being the cop. Whatever guys, I know there's only 3 mob left but don't get too cocky yet, you're just wasting a day here if you vote me out. Of course, i'm sure the mob would have NO PROBLEM with that.

EDIT: VOTE DASMOS cause he's more likely than Crash after this unfortunate series of events.

I could change my vote like everyone else but I don't really see a point now.  I've read and re-read stuff and I'm pretty convinced Mario is a townie.  I'm not gonna vote for him.

un-Vote Mario, I am starting to believe that mario is innocent.  One thing that seems suspicios though, is that Dasmos has been trying to vote off Crash since IceCold's theory, then, when he gains some momentum, he inexplicably  changes his vote to Mario.

un-vote dasmos

I am getting really confused, so Im just gonna wait it out for today, and see what happens, with 35 minutes left though, it seems like the majority has spoken. So I guess we shall see if mario is innocent after all.

Why is it that when IceCold died, that suddenly made his theory more convincing?  We know now that he wasnt in a mafia, and he thought he was acting in the interest of the townies, but that doesnt give his idea any more substance than it had before.

Edit: I have decided I am officially waiting this one out, my reasoning is posted later.

Of course. I was waiting for you to post Crash.

By the way I do think you're innocent now Crash, but I had no choice but to vote for you.

his reasoning is poor.

I would have supported this bandwagon more if it was started instead of Crash. The fact that Pale was eager to point out that Dasmos maybe had inside info suggests to me that he wanted to subtley hint to tonights mob to get rid of the cop.

Because it wasn't just mafia gibberish, it was what he really thought.

I keep getting PMs, everyone keeps telling me that they know who the REAL mafia is.  Unfortunately the only way for me to find out who is telling the truth is for someone (possibly an innocent) to die.  Then I will know who has been lieing to me, and hopefully everyone else will to.

I know it sounds selfish, but I am going to just wait this one out.
