My problem is that another castlevania is announced and again its on a handheld.  when will  we get a GC or Rev announcement for a castlevania game.  I dont do handhelds so it pisses me off when another CV is announced. So until i get my console CV, i will keep yelling F U K  U Konami.

When Igarashi brings another disaster of his "3D Castlevania-ing" to any console, Simon Belmont cries.

Castlevania is like Konami's Sonic the Hedgehog.  You hope that certain "franchise veterans" ARE NOT making the latest game.

Indeed, a Castlevania on the Rev or GC would be like a Castlevania on the PS2, maybe with manual whip swinging on the Rev. I'm glad that despite the DS's 3d capabilities we don't get Castlevania 64 DS.

I loved Castlevania 64, the only thing I didnt like was motorbike-esqueletons because it was just silly.

Dont give me that weird look...

You know what would be cool? An Indiana Jones game on the Rev. But more like Fate of Atlantis than any of the garbage they're spewing these days.

They should just give the franchise to Nintendo.

I thought you were angry because they went with the new art style..

i dont know about the art style. Its a handheld so i would never really judge its art style. Those games(handheld) as a whole tend to be geared to younger folks. Generally not my thing. Never owned a Handheld.

All i really want is a follow up to one of the best games ever on Nintendos Rev, Castlevania 4 from the SNES. Keep both the Art style and the 2d view.

I thought you were on about the art style, too.

As for handhelds: you should consider getting a DS. I don't think it's geared towards younger folks anymore than the SNES. Plus: great games, good price, and all that.

I just read Nintendo Power with its PoR article and guess what, either co-op or a versus mode will be included, there will also be wifi play, "As you collect items in the game, you'll also be able to set up your own shop and sell your acquisitions to other players around the world", Igarashi also mentioned that "as for the touch screen we came to the conclusion that we don't want to interrupt our action gameplay. So we decided not to use the touch panel..." and I totally agree with him. There's alot more stuff but I think that's the most relevant and I don't want to spoil anything to you guys/gals at risk of being whiped.

Selling items to others? Those items better be randomly generated then because who'd buy a Claimh Solais when you just have to run into the right secret room to get it?

Yeah I know, I too thought that they better have some rare items specific to random players just like in Animal Crossing WW.
