I made a mistake by allowing certain underhanded techniques.  Do NOT create dummy accounts on PGC to PM suggestions for living players.  

Every dummy account I see will be banned by account name.  No warnings.  

Sorry to be a bastard, but one such name was created and I could not find the person's IP address since they did not post on the forum.  It was very clever, I have to admit.  

So no more dummy accounts.

Fact of the matter is Mafia can only be a successful game if people are honest about it.  Dead players and non-players shouldn't talk about the game with live players.  All talking should be done when everyone knows who each party in the conversation is.. things like that.

Yeah, I'm guilty of asking dead players to help me, butI didn't know it was allowed at the time, and no one has sent me a PM.

While I admit to appreciating some of the helping hands we've gotten this go-round, I'll have to agree with pale here. Dead players and non-players influencing the game is a HUGE problem.

When watching a production of Romeo and Juliet, you shouldn't shout 'he's not really dead! don't kill yourself!' As a dead or non player, you have no stake in what happens and should just enjoy watching everything unfold.
