Naruto thread for Tuesday
« on: February 20, 2006, 10:43:33 PM »
The fact that Naruto can cry and empathize with every character because he's "JUST LIKE THEM" is awesome and original and way better than clone jutsu lariat backflip bodyslams and nonfiller episodes and sex with totally hot women

Sounds like Naruto needs more MAYOR HAGGER and PILE DRIVING to solve emotional problems.

I'll take the sex with totally hot women, personally.
That's my opinion, not yours.

So is ultra kawaii Scaleface-chan ^____^ going to be written into the show or just forgotten and left to the realm of filler eps?

They're still in filler episodes? Geez, and to think I still have to watch all those filler episodes as soon as I get my computer running perfectly. By any chance do you know when they start with the 2nd part of the series?

Dattebayo subs actually have a countdown in the opening credits of each ep.  I think there should be six or seven weeks actually.

And I just saw the episode with the cooking ninjas .  I didn't mind the filler at first, but it seems to simply get worse as time goes on.

The twins one was the worst, like you could map out the entire cliche story from the first episode

So far, were the fillers only about Naruto and company or were there episodes that involved only a certain Team? Or even some episodes where Sasuke was the filler?

heh... it was a joke, considering how we haven't seen him for something like 20 or 30 episodes now.

There were a lot of cooler things they could have done with various characters.  Hinata got a little extra exposure in the beginning, but that was about it.  Some of the longer side stories I didn't mind so much, but a lot of it has been lame stuff like the Curry of Life.  It just feels like the main writers pretty much left the guys on the TV show on their own.

Well, that's a shame. Naruto has soo much good stuff they can use for filler yet they don't use it. Oh my, I just remembered, I wonder if they are animating Kakashi Gaiden.

Yes just read the manga, and wait till they start back on the storyline, watching filler episodes is pointless. Unless you like watching crap.
Silly monkeys; give them thumbs they make a club and beat their brother down. How they survive so misguided is a mystery. Repugnant is a creature who would squander the ability to lift an a eye to heaven conscious of his fleeting time here.
