it depends on where you buy it from. for instance circuit city does not do it, but i heard that best buy does. the only reason i know circuit city doesnt is because i work in the video game and software department.

Why don't you give them a call and ask your local ones?  It depends entirely on the local management.

not necessarily, local management may have some sort of say in things, but national chains such as circuit city and best buy, have their prices adjusted by the corporate headquaters, giving us, the local stores, hardly any say(if any) in the deals we give.
and that my friends was an unnecessarily long sentance.
