I said it in announcements too, but yeah, no leeching from other game sites, use image hosting like imageshack or boomnizzle or your own personal web space. And keep that nonsense out of your signatures

Yeah I feel it's a bad idea cuz our usual oceans of text will be interrupted by.... stuffs.
People have done a good job of pasting URLs to pics, and that method keeps our eyes from being assaulted.

While I no longer care, as I'm not on crappy dial-up and it doesn't effect me anymore, can I make a suggestion?

Many boards give individual users the option to turn images off and have them replaced with a clickable "open in new window" URL - it helps save load times when on crappy dial-up...

I hate this already. I think you should go with UncleBob's suggestion of having an option to remove the images and instead add clickable links that open in a new window. Not because I have a slow connection but because I really hate all these nonsense images.
