IF YOU HAVE AN XBOX WHAT ARE YOU THINKING!!?!?!?! Sure gamecube has alot of good games, but Xbox is gonna be getting HUGE games, Crimson skies, Rainbow 6 III, counter-strike, Top-spin, Ninja gaiden, GTA double-pack, Halo 2(04/1/04), morrowind GOTY.
Well hey, thats all I can think off the top of my head.
I dont know much about the good gamecube games comming out, I really just look for online play.

Oh, just to make it sound like om not bashing i found some cube games which sound cool: Mario party 5(always liked the first few),mario kart. thats all i got for now

Not half of those titles are worth mentioning, imo...

Crimson Skies - Good
Rainbow 6 - PC is always better
Counter-strike - Again, PC is better
Top-spin - haven't really been watching this...But I like Tennis games, so I might get it...
Ninja Gaiden - I'm definitely getting it, but I strongly doubt it will be as great as the originals...
GTA double-pack - Are you joking? Everyone who wanted GTA would already have it on PS2...
Halo 2 - Getting it, but only as a party game...Halo was very overrated...
Morrowind - Boring...

If you want online play, just use your PC...

I actually haven't played Morrowind for a while. *gasp!* not cause it's boring, but because my tyme has been limited. that's one huge game.

although it does get kinda repetetive, i think it's because I've focus mainly on making money than exploring

Hey I am thinking about buying a GC. I have an xbox now with xbox live......its AWESOME! But I also miss mario! I think I killed my SNES with some ESD! OOPS! So now it does wierd things when I try to play!

! So anyways I was wondering what good games are out for the GC? Ones that aren't also coming out for xbox because if they will I would buy them for my box. I want Nintendo games that are only on the GC. So what good mario games are out there? Star wars games? Will the GC ever be online? If so how much? Also what else is necessary to have a GC besides buying the console itself?

I just want to get all my facts straight before I buy!

You'll need a memory card (the USB one, or at least the 251 one). And plan on getting a second controller if not 3 more, to make the most out of SSBM, MK

D and others with your friends... Annnnd... Metroid Prime, no question about it

You might also consider getting a component cable, if you TV has the right inputs, or at least the s-video cable.

Edit: anyone noticed how MK: DD!! translates on this forums ;P

My friend who is an xbox fanboy is thinking about getting a gamecube, although he often calls it lamecube and makes obsene "crotch jokes" because of the different sizes of the consoles. It's funny how many people like gamecube but dont admit it in public.
