Topic: master quest freezing

I got my pre-order disk today at Babbage's (GameStop).  (2 feet of snow kept me from the mall for the past couple of days)  Anyway, I started the Master Quest, and it froze in the Great Deku Tree.  The reset button wouldn't work, and I had to turn the whole system off.  I never had ED or Metroid freeze on me, and I thought it was a little weird for this to freeze.  Anyone else have this problem?

I'm only part way through the first dungeon now, and it seems a lot different.  And harder.

Nope, I haven't had Master Quest freeze on me at all and I've already gotten the Biggoron sword and entered the Water Temple. I did have Metroid Prime freeze on me once, but Master Quest has never even shown a hiccup. Odd tha yours would- there might be a scratch on the disc or something.

And yeah, the dungeons in Master Quest tend to be a bit more difficult. The main game isn't changed at all, but some of the dungeons are changed significantly. The Deku Tree is considerably harder than before, on par with some of the later dungeons as adult Link in OoT.
