Mario Kart DS bundle

Hotness.

I guess this means they are going for that wierd graphic after all.  I think it looks like Mario is breakdancing on the back of a car, which is, you know, kind of wierd.

He's jumping into his kart, dammit...

Kotaku was being really stubborn for me, so here's a link to the box...There's no way I'll be able to resist this...Red DS, Mario Kart, decals, and a custom wriststrap for only 150?  Holy crap, sold... ;_;

At first I felt the graphic looked fine.  He's just jumping in the kart.  But the kart is facing forward and he's facing backwards.  How the hell does you get in the kart that way?  Do a spin?

I haven't got a DS yet and this might be a good enough reason to get one as any.  Red's a nice colour.

That is my main beef, I don't want a RED DS, I want black one, but I also want the bundle. Do they sell all black DS's?

Bleh, Sony and Microsoft beat black-ness into the ground. Get a new favorite color

i'm not all that happy that there will be a black Revolution. Geh, whatever, there will be other colors to choose from.

And if you don't like it, you can always pawn it off on someone else and pretend you bought it for them all along.

I too, am waiting for the Black DS. If they don't have one in the US by the time Animal Crossing comes out, I may have to bite the bullet

It means you have to buy Buffalo wireless networking products. All of them.

It also means that that game can be played online.

They've partnered with Gamespy, who basically already have the infrastructure. If they don't have it ready for MK's launch there'll be hell.

Uhm... I think Nintendo has pretty clearly stated before that you can use any pre-exisiting b/g wi-fi connection. The difference with Buffalo/Nintendo Wi-Fi products is zero configuration. If you're ok configuring wifi / entering WEP keys, you don't need the Buffalo/Nintendo stuff.

correct, you do not have to own Buffalo products.  You can own any practically wireless router and it will connect.
