There was a time when I was really excited about new interviews, but recently its like  they wont really say anything new. The interview was ok, some insight about Nintendogs development history and more talk about why the Revs controller is the how it is, but nothing specially interesting. The same thing with G4 Iwata's interview, the only new thing would be the graphics comment, but even that was expected.

That interview sucked becasue the guy asking the questions was stoned out of his mind.

"So....you'd say the Revolution controller feels more natual?"
"Yes."
"...Good."

But hay everyone, go over here and watch the Iwata interview, it's great.  Iwata talks.....and talks....and talks....  It's a good interview though, even if there isn't too much new info.

The reason these interviews are redundant is because everyone's asking the same damn questions that Nintendo has already refused to answer.  What the hell do you expect for an answer when you ask the release date, price, games thrid parties are working on, etc.?

how is that the NRC looks so huge in the official screenshots and even in the teaser trailer but in Iwata's hands it looks so tiny?, and keep in mind he isnt exactly a big guy

ok I have seen the whole interview at G4 and it was awesome, I only read some excerpts before so I have to admit I made a hasty judgement on it, and now Im more fond of Iwata than ever, some things I find worth mentioning:

Although he didnt made the interview in english, he took the time to translate and talk it in in english, and that rocks.

Nintendo suggested developers uses of the controller for their specific franchises, which is really nice.

The guy doing the interview had such a cocky and annoying attitude that I felt like punching him in the face, but its G4 so that was expected.

oh I almost forgot, I love how Iwata responded to the question about wether he think Nintendo was going to be able to be number 1 again, now I forgot the exact words but it was something like "Nintendo doesnt want to be number 1 in a niche market".

Holy hell!! Iwata's psychic!  (as seen when he is still dubbing the voice but not actually talking)

I love this man.   He's a sharp dresser and just a funny guy.  w00t for Iwata

That was his voice? It sounded exactly like the same guy that did the voice-overs during the 50 minute presentation.

I suppose it was him, not only sounds exactly the same as he does, whats the point of doing a voice over with someone who has that thick japanese accent in the first place? the voice over didnt sound good in english, I have a hard time a couple of times trying to understand.

[Miyamoto] says that he has a 1% chance of being in Super Smash Brothers Rev
Does this mean Reggie has a 99% chance?

You mean Super Smash Brothers: Reggielution? Of course! The game will launch with the system at a MSRP of $49.99. And as the puny, standard NRC does nothing to emulate the awesome power of Reggie, a special edition pre-order Revolution bundle will include a Reggie-approved NRC and a copy of SSBR. For mas name-taking. MSRP $299.99.

I seen the IWATA interview and love the part were he said the revolution will have graphics as or more powerful the the ps3 and 360 put to getter on a reg tv or some thing like that.

"The guy doing the interview had such a cocky and annoying attitude that I felt like punching him in the face, but its G4 so that was expected. "

What wrong with him?! he hate nintendo for no resone! Every one esle (at g4) loves the controller but him. Why did they pick him for that interview, he alway dose those anti-nintendo things like "to show the power of x as they say" "[it the best selling cube game] ha you know how little that must be" "3rd party M game will fail on the cube because it for kids". I hate him more than anyone at g4 (they atleast have a small point to dislike nintendo) but he just dose to make himself not look like a noob

On topic: Is it me, or did the Miyamoto interview come to your ears in one channel? At first I thought something was wrong, until I played another file, but sure enough, it was one channel for me...

I wonder who the female was during the interview? She seemed very stern on not taking any more Rev questions. What if his next question was can the Rev controller make crisp French fries? "No comment. Ask something else."

I'd like to know how the hell Bill Trinen (the interpreter for the interview) does his job?Its super-human. Almost Reggie-like status.

I have this fear that one of the first Rev. games shown is going to be a simple 2D game and put off a lot of the hardcore crowd. (even if it is a good pick-up and play game)

While that SOUNDS like a typical Nintendo mistake, I think Nintendo will want to show that the Rev is about adding something to gaming while not taking away anything at the same time. So hopefully they'll want to showcase something like MP3 at first, just so everyone starts out on the same page.
