I believe any similarities to reality would be completely coincidental. As long as the six pack was something good, I'd take that bet if it meant nobody would ever again post or discuss completely unsubstantiated pictures from nobodies with a blog if/when it's clearly shown to be BS. But we won't be so lucky.

This stuff reminds me of the attitudes in the earlier days of the web, back in 95-97... When if it was on the internet, it HAD to be true. Suddenly anybody can get unmerited attention because they have a free blog and a copy of photoshop.

They don'y have Jones Soda in philly but any soda (or for those over 21, sweet life juice) I'm down and I'm willing to bet that GumShu: Bloody Sunday is a game for the Revolution.  Although my track record for the week is trash (Stupid Eagles looked like butt on monday night football).

So what is this supposed to be exactly?  A screenshot of the Revolution's interface?  Why would the controller be shown at the bottom of the screen, especially with a circle/arrow covering it?  If anything, it would show the controller with the A button highlighted saying "Confirm" and the B button highlighted saying "Cancel" (or something similar).

Looks more like a DVD menu for a disc full of trailers.

This can't be at the GC, only Americans use the MM/DD/YYYY date format. NoE would have used the European format DD.MM.YYYY.

Perhaps NoE wasn't on the ball and they had to use a NoA version.

If this is fake then someone did a really good job.  Not only making it look fairly real, but also the fact that they brought up an obscure NES game and wrote a little bio that seems realistic.

I guess we can just wait and see.

Ares did say that there would be an e-mag via Wifi...and Ares has been right about just about everything thusfar, including the comparison to the move The Game...

Also, theres some things about that picture that it doesn't seem logical a faker would think of...such as the baloon in the teaser screen, a big part of the original Gumshoe...

Please tell me how you know this.  Seeing as how this title never came out of Japan and is quite obscure, I find it hard to believe that you actually played the game, or knew someone who played the game.  I believe you found out about the balloon from (surprise!) the internet- the same exact internet that the potential fakers have unlimited access to! I am GumShu

Personally, I don't know what to think about this one.  If it's a fake it's extremely well done, seeing as it's the only "leak" that I've ever thought had a serious possibility of being legit.

Edit: Just so you know, those other options under the picture are what seems to be "High Score," "Discuss," and "Review."  That sounds pretty damn good to me.  Also, I don't think that thing on the right says "Game Even" or "Game Over."  Either way, it could be an e-mag or it could have something to do with the download service...

The text is slanted because of the angle the picture is taken at.

Duh, but that's not what I meant. It's hard to spot but the text goes slightly up and down.

Bah, it's ridiculous the thread has gotten so many replies. (+1)

Somehow I cant believe Nintendo will make a game with the word "blood" or anything similar in the near or distant future, if anything its a "second" party although the term "second" party is very vague. Of course I still dont believe this, its very similar in style and design to an old fake already proven fake, I have to say, some people just have too much time in their hands.

Actually, Nintendo would probably suprise you with the titles of their games in Japan.  Just because you don't see it here, doesn't mean it isn't in Japan.

examples? I cant recall anything worth mentioning atm.

And if Nintendo is really changing in that direction it just sucks. However if its indeed a new detective game the title might fit, it somehow reminds me of detective Conan. Anyway what was announced was a new IP from Miyamoto, and this of course isnt new.
