Nintendo is not present as usual.  What do you think will be shown @ the show? any surprises?

It will definately be an XBOX360 event.  I recon they will spill the beans on their launch list and hopefully have a few demos running on the floor.

what do you mean "as usual"? it sounds like Nintendo on rare ocassions showed something, but I thought Nintendo never ever showed anything in TGS, am I wrong?

"Nintendo is not present as usual" and "Nintendo never ever showed anything at TGS" are BOTH right! So uh, you're both right.

MS seems to be really trying to create a presence in Japan.

I think it would be awesome if Nintendo showed off the Revolution somewhere but at TGS companies will finally let out their secret Revolution games.  That would be badass.

And? They were there, just because they didn't exclude the public from their stuff doesn't mean they weren't at TGS.

Exactly there is little to no presence, what TVman is trying to say is they are trying to make one, trying to make people in Japan take notice.

Since Nintendo isn't at this game show.  I hope this means Nintendo is seriously thinking about having a new Space World.

I would love to have a Space World where Nintendo just has a private (with one public day) party for all things Nintendo.

Here is what I would like to see at the show:

DS Online tournments with new DS games.
Revolution fully shown
3rd party support for Revolution
Trailer for New Nintendo animation movie/movies if the studio has been created.
