MS is a force of nature.  If MS wasn't in the position they were in, someone else would be, doing the same exact thing.  

Look at all the comments/actions made by all the would be MS wannabes out there, Oracle, Sun, and Apple.  These companies want to be MS, but didn't have business sense/balls/money to get there.

About the the IE suit KDR, are you talking about Eolas?

Eolas? Not sure who they are but I meant the US antitrust lawsuit against Microsoft. Then there's the European Union vs. Microsoft antitrust lawsuit because of the Windows Media Player that got resolved recently and forces MS to sell Windows without the Media Player in Europe.
