All yen? Perhaps you missed the american currencies listed next to it? Personally I've never seen a japanese online site that only accepted yen (because you know, credit card money is universal) so that shouldn't be an issue.
However, it seems CDJ isn't listing most (all?) of the orchestral CDs that it was a mere month or two ago, meaning they've gone out of print and the stock will not be returning. Given that CDJ and Amazon Japan (which isn't english friendly) are the only japanese etailers I know of that will ship international, your best bet would be to look for some american sites and local shops that already carry the limited imported goods. I don't know of any of these because 90% of them sell bootleg copies. Which leaves Ebay....
And there you have it. S.O.L. could be the best description for it. For the future though, when dealing with japanese goods, it's best to get them when they're new, because Japan is notorious for doing small, limited pressings for niche items like game soundtracks. Unless its very popular (FF, Zelda OoT), it probably won't be around after 2-3 years.
I still cry some nights knowing I'll never get an official copy of the Super Metroid OST.
