I think copyright is taken less seriously in most Asian countries, I wonder if Nintendo will take action?  If the game plays nothing like Wind Waker, then can you really argue it?  Perhaps Nintendo could argue on the basis that the game is stealing the Link character design, but I don't think you can really copyright the stylistic nature of a work of art.  And I don't think companies should be able to do that, either.
