Well guys the PSP will launch at 3/24, only the PSP value pack will be available and there is no standalone unit package.  The value pack costs  249.99.

The value pack consists of a 32-MB Memory Stick Duo, headphones with remote control, battery pack, AC adaptor, soft case, cleaning cloth, and a movie/music/game video sampler UMD disc including multipler game videos. Also, the first 1 million Value Packs shipped will include a special UMD release of Spider-Man 2, the movie.  


EDIT: Update-  The internet WiFi play might not be free on the PSP Sony might charge users a Wi-Fi charge, there can be up to 16 players max nearby in a vacinity(for normal multiplayer kinda like how the DS uses its normal wireless multiplayer)
