Well there is some hope left Lucasarts rights expire soon and Steve Purcell is expected to reaquire them giving hope that a company might be tapped to make the game.

Yeah, but it still sucks that the game is nearly complete, but it doesn't seem likely to ever be released.

What strikes me as really annoying is Lucasarts basically sitting on the game liscenses for this long and is not even rereleasing the old games.  Why don't they sell the liscenses to companies that actually want to produce the games, rather than holding onto games which really arent making them any more money.

I remember when Lucasarts made good games.

I remember when George Lucas made good movies.

Now it's like "Lucas" is secret code for suck.  It's an anagram for "La Suc".

Reminds me of that Dark Forces cheat... "La Im Lame".

Analyzing that anagram even further, you can see that the "La" part can be capitalized to give you "Lucas Arts suc".
