Four Swords PAL
« on: January 07, 2005, 03:34:21 AM »
Hello,

The PAL version of Four Swords was released in Europe today, but afaik there's still no Australian release date.
Does anyone know of any reputable (and on the cheaper end of the scale) online sellers that ship out to Australia?
Or, better yet, does anyone know something I don't about an Aus release?

Thanks
Morien

Yeah, for some strange reason Nintendo Australia are refusing to release PAL games the same time as Nintendo Europe now. Four Swords might come out around March or something, when it'll have no chance at all of selling (who wants to pay $100 for a year old game? ;__; ). DVDCrave has the US version in stock at the moment for $70, they may get some PAL copies in from the UK eventually. Their US copies will most likely go down in price after they get some PAL ones in, too.

Ok thanks.
I'm trying to steer clear from NTSC when at all possible as I don't wish to buy a Freeloader just yet. I'll have a wait for DVDCrave. Maybe eBay. There's no rush.

Thanks

If you think Nintendo Australia is bad, experience the horror that is Nintendo NZ (Monaco). MGS: TTS is a super rare title here, which is ridiculous considering it should have been one of the biggest Gamecube releases of 2004. Not to mention all the games are overly expensive, and available only in specialty stores.
