LOTR: Third Age probs
« on: November 12, 2004, 03:18:48 AM »
Hey,

Signed up to this site simply due to this problem. Besides getting the error message about not being able to read the disk etc etc... I have reached the level Osgiliath, and I have got the ring of life or whatever it is, my group is in the sewer and Idrial has been seperated by the Nazgul. Anyway, I've killed all the archers with Idrial, and when I walk around with my "army" it goes to a battle scene with Idrial vs. two Mordor Warriors or Veterans. Anyway, first attempt, it was my turn first, then i had to wait three rounds. My turn never came up as they Orcs had about 6 turns and i died. Then the next three attempts, I didn't even get a single turn and died. For those of you who have this game would understand that it is impossible for you to win if this occurs. I'm wondering whether it has happened to anyone else or whether I've got a dodgy copy of the game. I threw my controller down in disgust! I'm p****d! Damn EB Games!!! Anyway, it can't be my console, cos the only games that I've had probs with it was Fifa Football 2004, which I returned, and the occasional problem with Fifa Football 2005. Oh BTW I have a PAL console as I'm in Australia. HELP!!!
Without Zelda, Nintendo would suck.

It may well be EA's fault for not testing the game properly.  But I can't confirm that, since I haven't played it...sorry!
That's my opinion, not yours.
