Word on the streets say you can get the Zelda bonus disc today.

Retailers have had them for days.  Web retailers like Ebworld.com and Gamestop.com have already shipped.


Stores in on the deal are currently breaking the release date for the Zelda bonus disc.  Call your local retailer to see if you can get your pre-order bonus early!

I SO wish this applied to me.  I will be waiting for the 16th with as much patience as I can bear though.    I'll put my $20 down on it, pick up my copy of Ocarina of Time, and go home a happy man.  I can wait...  it's only 4 more days after all, and I of course already own the game for N64.  *sigh*

As much as I would like to call up my local Babbages and ask, er....BEG to get it...  They probably won't start handing them out 'til next Monday.  Yesk, that's even for those who already have it reserved, too.  Who knows, maybe a sign of God will occur and there will be a Babbages call on my caller ID when I get home.

I just called Funcoland where I preordered and they said it will be ready for pickup on the 16th and I'll get a call.

I called EB too, even though I didn't preorder there, and they said people who did preorder should have already gotten a call for their bonus disk, which is available now.

If you want the disc, call or visit all the retailers in your area. You'll never know unless you ask.

I just called the EB in my town (York, PA) and they are still saying the disc will not be available until Sunday.  I think they are holding out on me, so they will be getting a phone call later tonight as well.  I want this disc, OOT is the greatest game of the last generation of consoles in my opinon.

Crap!  I'm at work and my pre-order reciept is at home and I don't have time to go get it because I have class after work.  CRAP! CRAP! CRAP!

I doesn't really matter since the guys at my local EB don't even know what month Zelda comes out let alone when the bonus disc comes in.

Ugh just called Gamestop and they aren't the retail chain mentioned. They said they have like 80 discs in the back room in a box. 80 freaking discs and they won't give me one cause I preordered one and every person I know either online or off already has theirs

I hate them.

I called EB yesterday, they said they knew some stores had broken the street date and were getting fined, they figured it would be soon when all of them got the OK to distribute early. Blast, I wonder if all EBs are doing it now, but I'd hate to call just after I called yesterday...

I can't help but agree, even though I am one of the people going nuts over the game.  I haven't played the game in over a year though, and since the pre-order promotion, I have since vowed not to play the game on N64 until I get the GCN version.    I am really hyped about the Wind Waker, and I need to get my Zelda fix in.  Playing a slightly modified version of Ocarina of Time... well... the prospect is killing me.

Time to go play some more Majora's Mask I think...

I spent all day waiting for the mail, it came hours later than it usually does, and I still didn't get my disc.  I'm not very happy.  I got fifteen dollars from my aunt, though, so I'm not pissed about it.

Well, my local EB just said they'll hand them out on the 16th and he also said that you need at least $15 down to pick it up.  I only put down $10 so I'm just gonna go down the day they pass out OOT and just pay the full amount for the game.  Can't wait.

Does anyone know if the bonus disk limited to game shops such as Funcoland and Babbages or will Best Buys and such get them as well?  The only Funcoland I know of closed down and the only Babbages is quite a ways away

I caled up Babbages today. They said they would start handing them out Sunday. I have to be at work at non that day. I may just drive over and get it that because I'm scared if I wait untill Monday, they'll have run out.

Does anyone know about BestBuy.com sending out their copies early?  I had to send in a rebate slip to even get the extra game, so I don't know how that is going to work?  Does anyone know if there is a way for me to check the status of that?
