I have to say that Minish Cap has some of the best graphics for the GBA that Ive ever seen. And I can say that cause Ive played it.

Hmmm... the PGC score isn't as high as I expected it would be. Oh well.

Maybe the new additions in the US version will reduce the number of times you get stuck?

And I feel it my duty to totally destroy the review

"Lots of treasures to collect" and "Short-lived" seem contradictory...I'd like some clarification...

"Enemies are generally too easy to beat"

Like in every Zelda game?

You will get stuck too often

A Zelda vet NEVER gets stuck...

And those pros heavily outweigh the cons, so I think the end score was a little too strict...

I've been stuck for days in Link Awakening's Eagle Tower, yet it still remains my favorite handheld Zelda. Possibly my favorite Zelda. Being stuck people will whine, being too easy people will whine.

Link's Awakening is also my favorite Zelda game. That might have something to do with the fact that it was the first Zelda game i played (and beat).

Same here.  It was my first to play and beat, and it's probably my favorite.
I was going to get a game today, but apparently this game doesn't come out until later, either later this month or February, I'm not sure which.  I suppose that's good, though, since I still have to beat Kirby.

Grr, and I could've gotten it fo' free, courtesy of mum.
Mayhaps I can still convince her to send it to me afterward.  That'd be swell.  No rush, thouh.  Like I said, Kirby.

Just want to let everyone know that nintendo.com is having a Minish Cap Sweepstakes.  You can win one of five (ten, if you live in Canada) limited-edition Zelda-themed GBA SP units and a copy of Minish Cap.

USA Version
Canada Version

Sorry Aussies; you're out of luck.
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

Indeed a sweet ride it is, even though I've been stuck several times and I actually forgot where the Elemental Temple was, LOL don't worry I know where it is now, this is one of the few games where I actually didn't look up a guide just to know what to do next just because I'm really liking the gaming experience in this zelda.

So does anyone know what addition the US version has over the European one?

Oh I just got this.  Haven't played it yet.

But I'm here commenting on Link's Awakening.  It is definitley the best 2D handheld Zelda , which I am confident in saying even if I haven't played Minish Cap.  It's quite possibly the best Zelda game ever, but it's teetering with OoT (srrylttp).  Also, CHEN, I get stuck in Eagle's Tower every time I play through the game.  Obviously it's not a permenant dilema, but I usually have to spend a long time on the orbs/pillars.

I'm currently attempting to purchase the game via online.  I'll have it by next weekend, if not sooner.

As for Link's Awakening, it's probably my favorite ever, too (though Wind Waker is damn close).  I'm not sure of Minish Cap, I'll see.
And I also get stuck in Eagle's Tower every time.  Huh.

I just beat Minish Cap last night.  The final boss took me a couple tries too.  It was probably my favorite GBA game yet.

Need to buy Link's Awakening again some time... The GB version I got was from a flea market and died shortly after I finished it once.

Wow.  I am completely blown away by how AWESOME this game is.  The dungeons are top-notch  Kinstones are freaking awesome, although it's kind of weird when one kinstone leads you to another.  Kinda feel ripped off =\  The figurines are, thank god, easier to aquire than in WW.  And I was seriously jumping for joy when I saw the secret seashells ='D

I think the only thing keeping this game from surpassing LA is the amount of dungeons (hay Bill, notice I didn't say "length" ).  LA had 8 of 'em, which is the perfect amount.  Not too much, not too little.
