When is the embargo up? I thought it was supposed to be lifted today.
The embargo is up on Tuesday. I heard that they talked about Wiiware the second day.I will try to find some info.

The embargo is up Tuesday, 3 AM Pacific (6 AM Eastern).  We will have multiple articles go up then.

The sun, for sorrow, will not show his head:
Go hence, to have more talk of these sad things;

For never was a story of more woe
Than this of Sega and her Mashiro.

There was a lot of good stuff from the summit, but there's no real new announcement, just coverage of stuff we already knew about, so why was there an embargo?

My guess is that it was to give everyone an equal playing field to prepare their impressions.

Since when does Nintendo like to help out the media?

I was up till 4:30 AM (eastern) editing impressions/previews that were being written.  It looks like they finished at 5:30.  It took a lot of effort, so the embargo did help.
