Each week someone will post a picture (I will THIS week)

Then the participants (just post a caption if your participating) post a FUNNY caption about the picture.

I will have 3 judges me and 2 other people if you'd like to be a judge just post it here or send me a PM.

Then when we announce the winner. The winner will post a caption and him and 2 others will be judges and pic a winner after a week (7 days) I hope you get that the pattern continues.

BTW when you post a new pic please make a new thread for it.

If you think this is a dumb idea don't post it HERE. Just please send me a PM. I used to play this on another site and thought it was fun and maybe Id bring it here for my new buddies.

Also when you post a "Caption" post it like this

Caption: this is my example.

Why do people think photo captions are funny? They are rarely good. Out of 500 captions, you'll usually only find 1 that is truly clever. Yet with such odds, people always seem so eager to play a caption contest. I just don't get it. I'd rather just look at a picture than have a caption that doesn't add but in some cases take away from a picture. But maybe that's just me. However, since I'm not supposed to post my views, I'll prove it.

Caption: Happy biiiiiiiiirrrrrrrrrthday, Mr. Toadsworth. (sung in a sexy Marilyn Monroe voice)
