I'm not passionate about TP because I've routinely avoided media and information about it so the game itself will be a total surprise.

Still, one Wii and two copies of TP? I'd rather spend that $50 on a game we don't already have.

I suppose since your roommate is buying it, you can be forgiven...I mean, only one of you can play it at any given time, so whatever.

BUT STILL, you should play through Zelda games more than once!

I've never been one to play through games twice, sadly.

I think that I just lose enthusiasm once I know what happens next at all times.

Zelda will probably be played in the living room in front of many people, giving it the proper respect it deserves.

The ONLY Zelda game I ever played through more than once was Ocarina of time. Majora's mask I played two or three times. Wind waker I played through once and never touched it again.

Does this mean that I am a terrible Zelda fan? nope. I am a fan, but not an obsessed one.

Also, why rag on S_B because he won't be picking the game up? He already stated that he WILL play it and that a friend will buy it. It would be one whole other thing if he said one of the reasons he didn't pick up Zelda was because "The colors are too dark".

And another thing, when you are on a budget, entertainment takes the very least priority, especially when you have to eat, pay for a home, power, food and water.

Hell, I am a big Kingdom Hearts fan, but I was way too broke to buy KH 2, so I had to settle with renting it and playing through it.

Zelda was the first game I pre-ordered for the Wii, Infact it was originally pre-ordered for the GameCube and as soon as it was listed in GameStops computer I had it moved over to the Wii.

I will still at somepoint pick up the GameCube version as well, I just need to have my Zelda GameCube collection intact.
