General Gaming / Broken GBA and GC mod
« on: September 12, 2003, 02:01:34 PM »
my gba sp recently fell off of my 6 ft tall dresser. after turning it on with mario kart in it, i could hear the game music, and even select single player mode, character, and track. it even played the track and i could race. Unforftunately i cant see a thing. there's nothing on the screen at all.  so i have two questions about this... is there anyway i can fix this without further breaking it, and i imported the gba sp, bcuz i wanted it in black and i have no patience. will NOA repair it? i know the warranty would be void, but i'd be more than willing to pay the service fees.

my other question is whats the best way to mod a GC to play imported games?? I want to import the Naruto fighting game. If you don't know Naruto is a kick a$$ anime that unfortunately only airs in Japan right now, so the chances of America getting this game are slim to none.

« on: September 05, 2003, 04:15:54 AM »
about a week before gba sp's came out stateside i imported a black one. Unfortunately it dropped off my 6ft tall dresser and stopped working. i was wondering how i get it fixed. will NOA repair it if i send it to them, or will they not because it's imported. If so is there anywhere else i can send it to get it fixed? thanks in advance for help.

« on: March 27, 2003, 03:40:38 AM »
Maybe it's just me, but you know when you like slide around walls and stuff, how the A button is supposed so say slide. is it just my copy or does it say sldle? or is sldle, some word i don't know of. other than that i love this game, have had much time to play it with work and school, but right now i'm stuck trying to get into the forest place, i can't get the right wind.
